We
present here the first of some regular photo reports
about the construction of the SSPX's new church of Our
Lady of Sorrows in Phoenix, Arizona (also the location
of the namesake retreat center).
This
spacious new church being built in the Spanish Colonial
style will replace the original church (a former
Protestant church) purchased by the SSPX in 1978. The
new church is being constructed on the neighboring
grounds of the former orchard which the parish purchased
in 1995.
