Celebrating 40 years of the Society of St. Pius X

KANSAS CITY, MO: The Angelus Press 2010 conference held on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Society of St. Pius X was a “stellar success!” Attendees were also greatly impressed by the “professionalism and seamless organization” of the magnificent event.

Over 650 guests from throughout the United States and Canada attended the series of conferences held over a three-day period. The conference climaxed on Sunday, October 17 with a Pontifical Solemn Mass at St. Vincent de Paul Church in Kansas City, the Society’s largest church in the United States.

Attended by numerous clergy and nearly 1000 faithful, the Sunday Mass was offered by Bishop Bernard Fellay in thanksgiving for the blessings the Good Lord has bestowed upon the Society during its 40 years of labors for the Church.
